These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickDM at quickdm.site (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What QuickDM does

QuickDM is software for Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Live features today:

  • Connect Instagram via official Meta / Instagram OAuth (Graph API).
  • Create automation rules: if a user comments a keyword (or any comment), send an optional public reply and an auto DM with a fixed message you set.
  • Dashboard stats, rule management, scan / webhook-based processing.

Features marked “Planned” on the website (e.g. Story replies, Live comments, multi-account, AI-assisted replies) are not part of the live Service until we ship them. App Review use cases should only describe live comment automation + DM automation.

QuickDM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Instagram automation requires an Instagram Business or Creator account (as required by Meta’s APIs). Personal accounts that cannot grant the required Graph API permissions are not supported for the live DM loop.
  • You must have authority to connect the Instagram account (and any Facebook Page linkage Meta requires for that account type).

3. Accounts

  • Provide accurate registration details; keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Report unauthorized access to support@quickdm.site.

4. Plans, trial, and billing (matches website pricing)

Pricing is shown on the homepage Pricing section (quickdm.site/#pricing and on Billing after login. Current Pro plan terms:

  • List price: ₹499 per month (shown as struck-through marketing price where displayed).
  • Sale price: ₹299 per month (INR).
  • Paid trial: ₹2 for 3 days via Razorpay, then auto-renew at ₹299/month (UPI Autopay subscription where available).
  • Payment processor: Razorpay (UPI Autopay for recurring trial/subscription; UPI or card for one-time renewals).
  • Failed auto-pay: 1-day grace period, then soft lock (you can view the dashboard but cannot scan, change rules, or send auto-DMs until payment succeeds).
  • Manual renew: Pay ₹299 for 30 days from Billing if auto-renew fails.
  • Taxes may apply; you are responsible for taxes not collected by us.

Prices may change for future periods with notice on the website or by email.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds: within 2 days (48 hours) of a successful payment only. Email support@quickdm.site from your account email. After 2 days, payments are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Cancellation: cancel auto-renew from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription (next month). You keep access until the end of the current paid or trial period; the next month is not charged. Cancelling is not the same as a refund.

6. Instagram and Meta platform rules

  • Comply with Instagram Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, and messaging policies.
  • Do not use QuickDM to spam, harass, deceive, or send bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Meta may change APIs, rate limits, or app access; we are not liable for Meta-side downtime or permission changes.
  • Use only official Graph API access through QuickDM — do not combine our product with scraping or unofficial tools.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law (including anti-spam and privacy laws).
  • Violate Instagram’s Platform Terms through automations you configure.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack our systems or Meta’s.
  • Upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Resell the Service without written agreement.
  • Use the Service for scams, fraud, or content prohibited by Meta policies.

8. Your content and data

You own your templates and rules. You grant us a limited license to process them to run the Service. You must have rights to message people who interact with your Instagram account. Privacy details: Privacy Policy. Deletion: Data Deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR INR 5,000 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service anytime, cancel auto-renew from Billing, and request data deletion via data-deletion.html or privacy@quickdm.site.

QuickDM may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, Meta/Instagram policies, create spam or security risk, fail payment after grace, or if Meta restricts the app. Upon termination, survival clauses (liability, indemnity, ownership) remain.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify QuickDM against claims arising from your content, automations, misuse of the Service, or violation of law or Meta rules.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
