Meta requires apps that access Instagram / Facebook data to provide clear instructions for users to request deletion of their data. This page is the official Data Deletion Instructions URL for QuickDM (quickdm.site). Deletion is handled only via the manual email process below — there is no automated Meta signed-request callback endpoint.

Manual process (sole method): Email privacy@quickdm.site with subject Data Deletion Request, your QuickDM account email, and Instagram username if connected. We acknowledge within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days after we verify ownership. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete (or if we need more info).

1. What we delete

  • QuickDM account profile (name, email, auth records).
  • Instagram connection: IG user ID, username, profile picture URL, access tokens, and linkage metadata.
  • Automation rules (keywords, DM templates, post IDs, flags).
  • Automation logs (comment text snapshots, DM send status, error messages) tied to your account.
  • Webhook event rows processed for your account, where identifiable.
  • Payment history identifiers we store (we may retain limited billing records required by tax/accounting law, anonymized where possible).

2. How to request deletion

Option A — Email (recommended)

  1. Email privacy@quickdm.site
  2. Subject: Data Deletion Request
  3. Include: QuickDM account email, Instagram @username (if any), and a clear statement that you want all associated data deleted.

Option B — Form (opens your email client)

Fill the form below. It opens a pre-filled email so the request comes from an address we can verify.

Submitting opens your email app to send the request to privacy@quickdm.site.

Your email client should open with a pre-filled deletion request. Send the message to complete your request. If it did not open, email privacy@quickdm.site directly.

3. Processing time and confirmation

  • Acknowledgement: within 7 business days of a verifiable request.
  • Deletion complete: within 30 days after verification.
  • Confirmation: we email you when deletion is complete, or if we need identity checks (we only delete accounts we can match to the requester).

4. Disconnect Instagram without full account deletion

  • In QuickDM: reconnect/disconnect flows on the dashboard, or ask support@quickdm.site to disconnect Instagram for you.
  • In Meta: remove the app under Facebook Business Integrations / Instagram connected apps.

Revoking Meta permissions stops new API access. Residual QuickDM copies are removed on schedule or via a full deletion request above (Option A or B).
